PMP 2022 Feedback: How Bhavna Gahoi Passed the PMP Exam?

Bhavna Gahoi, from Melbourne, Australia, became another PMP certified student of Master of Project Academy after she successfully passed the PMP exam. Bhavna prepared for the exam with the online PMP training from Master of Project Academy. We asked Bhavna her tips about the PMP exam and here is what she told us. 1- ) How long did you study for the PMP exam?

Truly speaking, it took approximately six months after my application got accepted. The first three months was more to prepare mentally and gather material for the exam. Once I booked my exam date, it automatically motivated me to study. It was quite a rigorous schedule while balancing between work and social life.

2- ) What was the biggest struggle when preparing for the PMP 2022 exam?

While preparing for the PMP exam, I noticed PMP content considerably uses IT industry terminology. It took me some time to build an index and reference it back to my words.

3- ) How was the quality of PMP training materials?

I must say PMP exam course materials of Master of Project Academy is one of the best materials I have seen so far, especially the simulator. It helped me a lot to prepare for the PMP exam.

4- ) How much similar were the questions in the real PMP exam when you considered?

Of course, no questions were the same. However, the pattern & length of the questions were quite similar. So I can say that the sample questions from the Master of Project Academy were very realistic, thus helpful.

5- ) How many sample PMP exam questions did you practice before the exam?

I completed all seven PMP simulation exams in the PMP exam simulator provided by Master of Project Academy. I believe, these are sufficient practice questions to check the preparation for the PMP exam. Along with these questions, I also practiced with free sample exams from various sites.

6- ) How was the support you received throughout the PMP training?

I received meritorious help and support promptly. The responses on my queries were simple to understand rather than a copy/paste snippet of a book. Master of Project Academy has a very successful 7/24 working student support.

7- ) Do you have any recommendations for future PMP candidates?

Few recommendations for PMP candidates from my end are:

  • Avoid “document disaster”. I mean do not try to prepare from multiple sources. Get the right course and stick to it! For me, it was Master of Project Academy PMP training. Switching in between sources may require additional efforts and time.
  • Your source of truth is the PMBOK book and it should not be avoided.
  • A subjective study is required to pass the objective PMP exam.

8- ) Do you have any tips for the PMP exam day?

Here are a few tips that might be useful during the PMP exam:

  • Take a deep breath & start your exam, you will be fine.
  • Write down process chart. It doesn’t have to be a complete chart but at least outline a few things. Don’t waste your time to recall every single process. It will support to get connect with all the process groups & knowledge areas.
  • Read the question carefully. Relate with relevant knowledge area and process group, that will lead you to correct answer.
  • Keep an eye on your time out. At least save 10 mins to review your mark questions.

9- ) If you would give 3 tips to your close friend about PMP certification, what would you recommend as part of your PMP 2022 Pass Tips?

1) Practice mock tests until you start getting at least 80% in three consecutive tests.
2) Discussion helps, let it be with other experienced PMs or on the chat forums.
3) Don’t stress taking mock tests on the day before the exam. This time can be well utilized summarize your handwork.

10- ) Finally, how likely is it that you would recommend Master of Project Academy to a friend or colleague?

With my positive result in the exam, swiftness of use and prompt response from experts when in doubts, I would highly recommend Master of Project Academy to my friends and colleagues.
